ActivityAlert is a web service that combines email and telephone message routing to ensure that everyone on your team or group "Gets the message!"

ActivityAlert is an "opt-in" service, so you must first register with us and then join your activity before the system will send you messages. ActivityAlert provides messaging as well as online access to a variety of detailed information about your group's activities including schedules, maps, rosters and activity information.

To Register:

1. Go to www.activityalert.com.

2. Select the Register tab.

3. Create a username (your email address) and password.

4. Enter your contact information. Set you contact preferences. Mark the information that will be shared on the activity roster with the members of your activity as "Shared".

5. If you have family members or are registering for a dependent see Family Members below.

To Join your Activity:

1. Select the Join Activity button.

2. Enter your Activity Code.

3. Select the member who will appear on the roster

Family Members:

ActivityAlert is especially well suited to manage the activities for the entire family. Create one account, list all of your family members, and join all of your activities from that account. ActivityAlert will combine all notifications on your home page. It will also merge all activity schedules onto one calendar. In addition, ActivityAlert will automatically notify you of any conflicts between schedules.

It's easy to enter your family members. You may add them when you register with ActivityAlert or at a later time. Just login, select the Profile tab, then Family Members and add them here. All family members may share the same contact profile or you can create a separate contact profile for each member.

When you receive an invitation to join an activity make sure that you select the family member whose name should appear in the activity roster.
